St Louis May 15, 1977 was a show of firsts, even though it might have been the middle show of the Spring 1977 tour. It was the First Iko, First Passenger, an early Jack-a-roe, and the first offical pairing of Estimated Prophet>Eyes of the World leading into drums and Samson to start the second set. You guys are lucky as I have enclosed reviews from the local paper (Post Dispatch), which has been covering the Dead for almost ten years (four mentions in 1967 alone) by this point as well as a Dead Relix from 1977! (Les and Jerry rock as does Nicholas in Santa Cruz https://www.gdao.org/items/show/825938).
I listened to my May 1977 Box CDs of this specific show within the past week. The first set sounds so strong and powerful, while the second set, is yet another powerhouse unique set two from Spring of 1977.
